Booking and planning
How do I book a trip?
Write to us in live chat and tell us where and when you want to go. A personal agent prepares your offer within 24 hours, with flights, hotel and the full itinerary. Once you approve it, we start booking and keep you updated at every step.
How far in advance should I book?
For European destinations 4-6 weeks ahead is ideal, so the visa process stays calm. For visa-free destinations 2-3 weeks is enough. We also handle last-minute trips, just write to us and we will tell you what is realistic.
Can the itinerary be tailored to me?
Yes, every itinerary is built individually. Hotel level, number of days, excursions and pace are shaped around what you want. We do not sell you a ready-made package, we build your trip.
Do you run group tours or only individual trips?
We mainly build individual trips: for couples, families and groups of friends. If you have a larger group, write to us in chat and we will agree terms individually.
Payments
How does payment work?
A deposit confirms the booking and the balance is paid before departure. You can pay by bank transfer or card. The exact schedule comes with your offer.
Is the price final or are there extra fees?
Every cost is written into the offer up front: flights, hotel, transfers and the services included in the package. There are no hidden fees. Anything not included is marked separately.
Do I pay in lari or in foreign currency?
Settlement is in Georgian lari. Guide prices are often shown in foreign currency too, but the final amount is fixed in lari and spelled out in your offer.
What is included
What does a standard package include?
As standard: flights, hotel, transfers and visa support. Insurance, excursions and a local programme can be added. Every offer lists point by point what is included and what is not.
Is travel insurance included?
We offer travel insurance with every package and strongly recommend adding it. In some countries it is also required for the visa. Write to us in chat for the details on your destination.
Are transfers included?
Yes, transfers between the airport and your hotel are part of the package. Additional transport within the itinerary is agreed separately.
Can I book just a flight or just a hotel?
Our strength is the full package, where every detail is designed to fit together. We can help with individual services too, but the best terms come with the full package. Write to us and we will look at the options.
Visas
Where can Georgian citizens travel visa-free?
Turkey, Dubai, the Seychelles and Mauritius are visa-free for Georgian citizens. The Maldives, Egypt, Thailand and Bali issue a visa on arrival. See the full list on our visas page.
Do you help with Schengen visas?
Yes, it is part of what we do. We prepare the full document package, the bookings and the application so the refusal risk drops to a minimum. We walk you through the process from start to finish.
How long does a visa take?
A Schengen visa typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the season, so we recommend planning European trips at least a month ahead. Exact timing depends on the country, write to us and we will check it against your dates.
What if my visa is refused?
Refusals are rare with applications we prepare, because we check the documents in advance. If it does happen, we analyse the reason and help you reapply. Every case is handled individually.
Changes and cancellations
Can I change my dates after booking?
Often yes, but the terms depend on the airline and the hotel. The earlier you tell us, the more options we have. Write to us in chat and we will check your specific booking.
Do I get a refund if I cancel?
It depends on the booking terms, which we share with you transparently before you pay. Some fares are fully refundable, some partially. This is exactly why we recommend insurance that also covers cancellation risks.
What if something goes wrong during the trip?
Your personal agent stays reachable throughout the trip. A delayed flight, a hotel issue or anything unexpected: you write, we act. You are never on your own.
